WOW you say ---- Wow indeed because if a giant such as Nike has little hope to stop such blatant copyright infringers like Sinoshoes Trade CO,.LTD ... than how can you hope to develop you brand and your small business?
But on the other hand Nike is over rated right ? big that’s why they are being copied, well it may be but to be frank it’s not just Nike that take the brunt of such company the small business start up also find it hard, as innovators small business need to stand out with their uniqueness , small business need protection so they are not easily hijacked wiped you out..
You would think that web host, HiChina Web Solutions Limited would take some respectability to place some control on the site , stop them trading but again this is just business as usual , it flouts the law in so many ways
we need to find a solutions in the west to kerb this problem as it seem that its very difficult for china law to put a stop to the problem even when corporate giant with millions like http://www.nike.com/ cant put a stop to 1 website

Please be aware of WOMENSHOEONSALE.COM. All of their contact information is not real. When you receive the package from China. The return address information is fraudulent as well.
ReplyDeleteThis company also runs sites that look like Blizzard's Battle.net and sent out fake Cataclysm beta invites to get people to "login" and steal their info. I ran a WHOIS on the URL from the email and it what registered to them.

The funny thing is, this is an actual company in China! They help build websites for the scammers and host the sites as well. Of course they have a slew of their own! And after a while they get rid of them and pop out more. The main company is the one we all shoud be going after.
If everyone contacts the FBI and turns this company in for the fraudulent ass holes they are, they will be forced to do something. There is strength in numbers!

When I realised the product is fake, I asked for a refund as the website said that i can ask for a refund if i am not satisfied with the product and no questions asked. However, the after sale service was so lousy and i argued with the person as they even asked me to proof that their product is fake. They did not honor their guarantee. Thereafter, my handphone was spamed for a month with people calling saying that I have ordered their products online and they are calling to follow-up.
This website needs to be closed to prevent more victims from spending their hard earned money. I hope you can help. Thank you.

ALWAYS check unknown companies websites domain details with "Who.is" websites, if the domain is new, and the products prices seems to good to be true.. it's probably a Deceptive company.
They are always looking for the next victims with new sites, (usually same website template)
So much fake companies from China.. especially from Alibaba website - for your own sake, don't wire money to a Western Union account, you will not be able to truck your money, even a fake name account can pull your money out.
